Manchester United are reportedly dropping offers for Anthony Martial. While the Red Devils are getting closer to a change from Borussia Dortmund’s winger Jadon Sancho, Anthony Martial’s time at Old Trafford seems to be coming to an end.
According to ESPN, Manchester United could drop a number of players this summer after signing Jadon Sancho.
Donny van de Beek, Diogo Dalot and Andreas Pereira have all been linked to deductions from the club. But it is French striker Anthony Martial who might be the most famous player to go Manchester United.
Martial joined Manchester United from AS Monaco in the summer of 2015, where he received a £ 36million deal and add-ons that made him the most expensive teenager of his time. Martial was an instant hit at Old Trafford as it instantly became the club’s talisman on the field.
After an incredible first season at the club, Martial continued to show glimpses of his skills but was often criticized for his inconsistency and lack of lust.
Martial finished the 2019-20 season with 23 goals in 48 games. He was supposed to take the lead for Manchester United last season. But the arrival of Edinson Cavani and a massive slump in form made Martial drop the pecking order under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Frenchman scored just seven goals in 36 games in all competitions for Manchester United last season. The arrival of Jadon Sancho will likely add martial excess to the club’s demands.
Manchester United are reportedly ready to hear £ 38million offers for Anthony Martial this summer.

Manchester United could sell Anthony Martial to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United’s Martial could reportedly be used as an intermediate weight to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Red Devils have a longstanding interest in the England international who is reportedly desperate to leave Tottenham and join a club that has the potential to win silver in the near future.
Tottenham is believed to be charging more than £ 100m in fee on Kane. Manchester United could offer Tottenham in exchange for Kane Anthony Martial and cash.
