League of Legends patch 11.12 is finally here, and Riot Games is finally getting the revamped Dr. Introducing Mundo along with other major champion updates.

Dr. Mundo’s makeover was one of the most anticipated updates for the League of Legends community in Season 11. Riot appears to have had a lot of gear redesigned and he will definitely feel like a new champion once the update goes live.

In addition to Draven, Gnar and Hecarim, Aphelios also expects many balance updates.

League of Legends players looking for a detailed description of the patch can refer to the Riot official website.

However, here are all the important highlights for a brief overview.

Official Notes on League of Legends Patch 11.12

1) Champion

Revision: Dr. Mundo

Passive – go wherever he wants

  • Dr. Mundo resists the next immobilized effect that hits him, instead losing his current health and dropping a chemical canister nearby. Dr. Mundo can pick it up by walking over it, restoring some of its maximum health, and reducing the cooldown of this passive ability. Enemies moving over the canister will destroy it
  • Dr. Mundo also has increased health regeneration based on its maximum health

Q – infected bone saw

  • Dr. Mundo throws an infected bone saw that deals magical damage and slows the first enemy hit based on their current health

W – heart zapper

  • Dr. Mundo electrocutes himself for a few seconds, dealing sustained magical damage to nearby enemies and storing some of the damage it takes as gray health. At the end of the duration, Dr. Mundo bursts magical damage to nearby enemies and heals his gray health when an enemy is hit (healing is reduced when only minions or monsters are hit). Dr. Mundo can reactivate Heart Zapper to stop its effects prematurely

E – Blunt force trauma

  • Passive – Dr. Mundo has additional attack damage that increases depending on his lack of health
  • Active – Dr. Mundo slams his “medicine” bag into an enemy, dealing physical damage based on his lack of health. When the enemy dies, it will be swept away, dealing the minimal damage of this ability to the enemies it traverses

Ultimate – maximum dosage

  • Dr. Mundo pumps himself full of chemicals and instantly heals 1 percent of his lack of health. Then he heals part of his maximum health over a long period of time and gains additional movement speed and attack damage while healing.
