Juventus are keen to sign Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin and could include Aaron Ramsey in a potential deal.

Bellerin has been linked with an Emirates exit this summer and Juventus are hoping to capitalize on Arsenal’s ease in midfield.

As per SportsFormer Arsenal player Ramsey could be included in a swap deal to sign Bellerin. Given the lack of qualified staff in Arsenal’s midfield, this could be difficult to turn down.

The Gunners will have to do without Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos next season as the two return to Real Madrid at the end of June after their loan deal expires.

Granit Xhaka has also been linked to a move out of the club, with AS Roma happily using their services this summer.

Aaron Ramsey’s inconsistent spell at Juventus may not bode well for Arsenal

Although Aaron Ramsey is exceptionally talented, the Welshman has not had the best times in his two-year stint at Juventus so far.

After joining Juventus Turin from Arsenal on a free transfer, Ramsey made only 11 starts in his first full Serie A season and ended the league season with just three goals.

Last season he made 13 starts and nine substitutions, but only scored two goals. The Welshman was an idle substitute for the last five games of the season and at 30 may not have had too many years of top-flight football in himself.

Juventus have to make a player-plus-cash proposal to Bellerin, the market value of which is currently much higher than Ramsey’s.

Arsenal have to strengthen their squad this summer and are expected to sell underperforming players like Bellerin to raise funds.

The Gunners hope to bounce back next season after their worst season in more than two decades.

Arsenal failed to secure European football last season and that could have a serious impact on the transfer market.
